You should try some Valerian root tea. I would stay away from the capsules..they tend to give me the hung-over feeling.

I feel your pain...sometimes weeks go by with an average of 3-4 hours of broken sleep nightly. I really don't have a hard time falling sleep but it's the staying asleep which gets me.

Some things that have helped in the past were a brand of tea named "yogi tea"...their bedtime tea works well. Also at whole foods is an herbal supplement named "deep sleep"....both worked well and when doubled up and mixed it worked very good.

A hot shower or bath and some lite stetching may be a good way to go also.
