Just after 2 weeks of getting into more back-glute-ham raises i've already noticed a considerable increase in squat and deadlift. Also surprising was a dramatic increase in doing knees to elbows reps.

I'm a believer. The lowerback and glutes seem to be the basis for all power. LOVING IT !!!
