AMRAP in 5 min. of:
-10 kettlebell swings @ 1.5 pood
-10 4-punch combos (L-R-L-R) on heavy bag
-10 toes-to-bar
3 rounds + 6 swings

Never done a workout like this before, but I was inspired after seeing the video with Greg Amundson a couple weeks ago. The gloves made it really difficult to hang on to the bar, but otherwise, a fun combination.

-5 deadlifts @ 225lbs.
-10 power cleans @ 115 lbs.
-15 overhead squats @ 75lbs.
