Hunting season has begun and with it, fall training. I lift 4 days per week (with Wendler 5-3-1) and do 1-2 metcons per week. The rest of the time is hunting.

Yesterday was 3x5 bench press at 125-145-165. Working on keeping the elbows from flying out.

Today was 3x5 deadlift @ 170-195-220. Working on keeping the back super flat and a double-overhand grip.
