Randy Couture Circuit
Yesterday, I did a scaled version of RC's circuit after doing about 4 rounds of Thrusters and Burpees @ 75#.
I modified RC's circuit at #75, 8 reps for 5 rounds of the following:
1 minute rest between each round. It was a killer diller!
