Re: Crocs shoes

I have recently started with CF and have found that a good pair of runners works pretty well...course I haven't lifted heavy w/ them yet but they are very comfortable.

Re: Crocs shoes

I have:

1. Do Wins for Weightlifting.

2. Chuck Taylor's (low tops) for powerlifting centric workouts.

3. Running shoes for long runs.

4. Puma fake cross country shoes for practice Pose running (just got the DVD and book).

5. Nike Free trainers for most WODs

6. Bare feet, for whatever.

Re: Crocs shoes

Horrible choice for lifting. Wear those on rest days. Nike Free 5.0 Trail, I use these for everything but static lifts, ie; deadlift, PP, thrusters, etc...I don't think the 5.0's are still in production but they are lighter than the 7.0's...Good luck!

Re: Crocs shoes

Ill put in a vote for the Nike Free 7.0 Trainers. I use them for everything. Im either in my steel toe work boots, or my "Free"'s .

Re: Crocs shoes

I just got a pair of Puma Saloh's like post above for Pose practice.

I prefer bare feet until I get yelled at. Seriously I wash my feet, who washes the bottom of their shoes!? Kidding.

Havent made the jump to lifting shoes yet though. I figure I'll know when I need them.

Otherwise I wear Nike Shox boing boings because well...I'm a sell out.

Re: Crocs shoes

Sell out, thats ok. They look really cool, I have several pair of boing-boings, my favorite being the spiderman blue, red, and silver. Unfortunately I will only wear them when I'm shopping or picking up the kids from the bus stop.
