Hey the Perth team is stepping up !!! many thanks guys - I HAVE gone cold turkey - I've have had a sugar headache for 2 days - as this was the only refined sugar i was having - hope it passes soon - many thanks to all again - and wish me luck as I crawl up walls etc as the devil tries to seduce me

Re: help my chocolate fetish please

.02...chocolate cravings are SOMETIMES a symptom of magnesium deficiency. The body asking for more magnesium via a source it's familiar with. Sounds hokey but I've recommended Natural Calm to folks complaining of this type of "food addiction" and it's worked wonders. Unfortunately Natural Calm is in the middle of a slight* lead controversy so I'm back to trusting whole foods and whole foods only!

You may want to up (like WAY up) your dark leafy vegetable consumption or go for my favorite: homemade bone broth. Kelp and sea vegetables are good sources as well. Unrefined celtic sea salt can provide some as well.

Upping your magnesium status could alleviate some of the craving...if not, you're like me...you just LOVE chocolate!

Just send it over my way. I'll gladly help you dispose of it.
