After years of struggling, I have convinced my dad to give Crossfit and the Zone a try. He is a great man... I don't know how else a son would talk about his dad. But any encouragement you have for him would be fantastic. If you have any motivating words for him, just send them to my e-mail and I will forward them. He is reading the Zone and will start Monday. Thanks.

That's great!

I am also looking forward to getting my parents into CF & The Zone. They were both very athletic (Mom taught has a Black belt in Judo)only a few years ago.

Please encourage him to join the board! The community here is a tremendous motivator for everyone.
