Totally crushed by Linda today. Walking back from the gym in an CF-induced, delirious haze, the following thoughts about Linda (and really any CF WOD) came to mind:

You know you're doing it right when,

1) There isn't a dry spot on your shirt
2) Not much on your shorts either
3) There is a puddle of sweat the diameter of
your head beneath the bar
4) You really, really, really want to stop, but
only your pride keeps you going
5) 30 minutes after the WOD, you are still in
enough of a delirious state that this is
funny
6) You might have more to say, but your arms
are too tired to type anymore

Thanks Coach!!!!

There's a reason the nickname "Three Bars of Death" stuck.

and a couple of follow-ups:

- realized that I moved just over 11 tons of metal...and somewhat scared that I'm only at about 2/3s of the Rx'd weight

- concerned that I might be using too much back in the deadlift, so think that today's soreness in my entire posterior chain is a good and welcome thing
