I am a big fan of ground turkey and groud pork... great to stuff in sweet potatos, convenient to make into patties for breakfast, etc. Opinions? For the turkey meat I buy this one:

I have about 6 pounds of the 7% jennie-o ground turkey in my fridge right now.

I also just bought their sausage(brats, and italian sausage), but I haven't tried them yet.

I also buy the Jennie O ground turkey breast. It's pretty good too but more money of course. I like to make a taco salad with the turkey. I just season the turkey up w/ cumin, chili powder, paprika and garlic salt. Add what you like to the salad. It's a pretty tastey meal.

The hot turkey italian sausages are very good too.

Andy, the italians sausage is incredible!! What I do is mix that up with the regular ground turkey, brown them on a pan and add some kidney beans...MMMM!

I've been getting Jennie-O turkey burger patties at Costco. I toss 'em on the Foreman Grill frozen and they're good to go in 7 minutes.

I buy the Tyson ground turkey packs (1.10lb) and turn that into 3 patties on the foreman seasoned with Mrs Dash. It's a great tasting and cheap source of animal protein!
