post workout Shake

OK I have been doing crossfit for about 2 years now. I eat paleo about 80%. IM looking for a answer from someone that has been doing crossfit for more than 3 years or so.
I have always heard that you need a protein shake PLUS carbs after your workout. Well How much protein and How much carbs is right. Right now Im mixing 50 grams of whey with 50 grams of Labrada power Carb. So all together its 50 protein and 50 carbs. I have also heard that you need fat after your workout like almonds.

What is the better option for someone that is trying to lean up and keep my muscle mass??
