Very interesting article and impressive amounts of research were obvious within. I am skeptical of the recipe, however, advising the use of canola oil and olive oil while trimming all animal fat. Overall a very nice newsletter!

Being of a great majority of Scandinavian descent, that was a great article for me.

With the gluten and pasteurized dairy "addictions" (let's throw sunscreen on top of all that as well!) this country has, no wonder that a "cure" for osteoporosis has yet to be found!

I was a bit surprised that Dr. Cordain decided to place my message in the newsletter! I recently revamped my website to attract potential clients for my personal training business rather than act as an information portal, so the articles I had on the site are gone! Once I figured out that there was a link to my site in the newsletter, I changed the frontpage of the site to include a link to a few of my articles over at ezinearticles.com. Hopefully this didn't cause any confusion.
