Tueday 6/30/09

1.5 hour spin class/ RPE 13/ 1400calories.
form laps in the pool then, 500meter swim x3 1#9:48 2#9:21 3#9:19
changed stroke on second, breathing with every stroke, took breaths on right side. (left handed) weather it's good technique or not...I think it is my most powerful stroke. My times prove it.
total training time for the week 3 hours
