I've made some massive changes to my diet. This is a sample of a day. Please critique my diet, comments, and suggestions on how I can fill the remainding carb blocks.

Am i eating too much fruit by the way? So much fructose okay?

LBM * activity multiplier = grams of protein

140 * .75 = 105 = 15 blocks

21 blocks is over a 1.0 multiplier for 140 lb. LBM.

Not that there is a problem with this. Just pointing out a discrepancy that jumped out at me.

Thanks for that observation! So I'll drop it down to 20 blocks at make it 140 * 1.0g.

Now where can i remove a block....hmm... last meal of the day?
