Hi all, does anybody have any good recipes they would like to share? I do have the CFJ issue with the zone meals. I was just thinking with so many xfitters out there experimenting, some good recipes must have been created.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

You need to buy the Performance Menu...you haven't eaten until you try one of Robb "Handsome" Wolf's fish patties!!

Most of my meals are ooh meat and salad, but I did learn to cook Chinese style pork and broccoli last week, which is really nice:

Ingredients:

Pork
Broccoli
Soy sauce
Salt
Water 1/3 cup

Cut the pork into thin strips. High heat some oil in a wok. Fry the pork with some soy sauce (add to taste). When it's nearly cooked (70% cooked I was told...whatever that looks like:/) add the broccoli (the individual pieces of broccoli should be about 1-2 inches in length), stir for about 3 minutes. Add the water, stir occasionally. Once the water is more or less gone add some salt to taste and stir it up. It's done, the broccoli should have noticeably broken down. If you're eating zone you'll need to cook something else...unless you really really like broccoli! I usually go 5 blocks of pork and 3 blocks of broccoli.

On the off chance that you haven't already found it, there's the venerable and extensive PaleoFood page: http://www.paleofood.com/.
