Folsom, CA

I might be in Folsom for two days. Any recommendations on where I should work out?

Re: Folsom, CA

That's a pretty short sentence...but you could probably make time to swing by the weight pile out in the yard... Good luck, and watch your corn hole.

There are at least two CF gyms in Folsom, and Blair Morrison's new gym is supposed to be opening in five days. (WFS)

Also a bunch of gyms in Sac, within 10-20 minute drive from Folsom.

If you like running, the American River Trail is a great place to do it, and you can hop on it right from Old Folsom.
