Pre Workout

If you take a pre-workout, I am interested in knowing what kind. I've found Jack3d to work great, what do you all think?

Re: Pre Workout

I've taken a lot of stuff in the past. Currently taking AtLarge's Results product. I have seen some good things happen since taking it, and I'm going to try to up it by now adding in some additional BCAA's to the drink. I stopped taking the N.O. stuff a long while back.

Re: Pre Workout

I guess you'd have to consider it "pre-workout" but I always eat breakfast around 5am and then workout at 6am.

Breakfast usually consists of 3 eggs, 2 slices of ham, 1 slice of cheese, 8oz of whole milk, 1 cup of black (french pressed) coffee.

It's a big breakfast, but I've never really felt like I was going to puke halfway through a workout and my energy always feels good to go.
