I am confused on how to execute the exercise based on the video. Can someone please explain?

Does one do the dead lift first and then switch positions and do the high pull? If so how many reps of each? Or, if not, is it the second movement shown in the video which is the sumo dead lift high pull and the first is just a dead lift?

Avi - you're right, the video on the exercise page is confusing. the first three movements appear to be just warm-ups.

instead, check out the slide show. it shows the explosive hip movement where the bar moves quickly from floor to chin.

good luck
