DDR. I know my friend's lil sister was using it in college as a way to trim up.

I think I've had some other friends do the same.

It is a workout and probably a lot more interesting than the WiiFit. Isn't there yoga on the WiiFit, that's probably the most useful part about it.

Some of those games on Wii Fit are fun.
The one where you have the platform and you have to roll all the balls into the hole is a lot of fun.

Everytime I hear about Wii Fit, all I can think about is the CrossFit Radio spot of about 2 minutes in length that just tears up the Wii Fit... it is hilarious!! I have it if anyone wants to hear it... pm me your email address.
