I've been thinking about this site and all that it's given me. Motivation, education, inspriration. All that and a whole lot more.

I felt the need to highlight the people out there in Crossfitland that have helped me become a better athlete and person.

Anyway, here's my All-Pro Team: (in no particular order)

Mike Burgener
Eugene Allen
Lincoln Brigham
Mark Rippetoe
Eva Twardokens
Lynne Pitts
Roger Harrell
Nicole Carroll

I'm sure I've forgotten someone I'll think of later. They are on my squad because of the invaluable information they have given to me via this website. I want to thank them for it and let them know it's appreciated. THANKS!

P.S. It should be assumed that Lauren and Greg Glassman are in the Hall of Fame.

Wow, Thanks, you just made my day!

The reception CF has had to gymnastics training has been so spectacular. I've enjoyed every minute and will continue to babble on incessantly about anything anyone wants to know, as long as there continues to be interest.

I too have learned enormous amounts from those listed and others.

Michael, I am flattered! Thank you. It is nice that my years of training on the ski team has led me to share some "valuable" info that I thought no one would ever care about and also learn to do some athletically meaningful stuff with this great community-crossfit.

Like Mr. Winkler, I'd like to shout out a big thank you to Goach G. and his dedicated support staff that provide such a high quality website and information, the professional coaches and athletes that are generous in giving of their expertise and the community at large for its infectious and positive spirit and encouragement to motivate me to be as Mr. Winkler said "a better athlete and person."

A special thank you as well to Eva, Nicole, Aimee and other ladies whose pictures of physical fitness give a healthy alternative of bodily image to my daughters.
