Was curious if there's anyone in the N. Phoenix/Glendale area here that would like to get together for workouts 1 or 2x per week.

I've got KB's and Bumper plates (and 1 OLY bar)....

:-)

I was curious too, but I work out around 5am at Fitness-1 because I don't have OLY bar and still using gravitron for MU and HSPU. Membership is up in September, haven't decided whether to sign another year and they don't have a rower either. Keep in touch,
James from North Phoenix

Well, I don't have a rower, either...and no room for one. :-)

Right now, I workout at home and stuff, so wasn't sure what other North Phoenix area folks were doing, since both affiliates are in the SE portion of The Valley

Yeah, but Crossfit Sedona is cooler. By 15 degrees. (We're in the northerly part of Phoenix anyway. Really northerly.)

Linc

With the way Peoria is annexing things, I wouldn't be surprised if they some day knock on your doorstep. :-)

Ken, you guys ARE the coolest...but just so far away. In traffic, it'd be almost faster to drive to Linc's. :-)

Tim,

I visit the in-laws in Sun City West 2x/year. I'll look you up next time I'm in town, probably x-mas.
