Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

ok three part question.

What is the crossfit warmup and streching i keep reading about?

I just started doing the wod's and love them. I read a lot of posts about people on beginner programs. What do most xfit people do daily. Is it the warmup and the wod or am i missing something.

Also the muscle ups are giving me the most aggrevation. I can only get them done if i give myself a jump start. Should i continue to do this to get the motion down, or am i better off focusing on my pullup strength untill i can get the explosiveness i need?

You can find the info on the warm up on the FAQ page.
As far as beginner programs you can run a search. There are several listed. As far as daily work for longtime Crossfitters it will vary, but most do the WOD and some support work that addresses some weakness they are trying to improve.
