oh sq / muscle up practice. critique, please

wanted to get some oh sq and mu practice in yesterday afternoon. couple things i'm wondering...

1) i notice a weird dip in my lower back once i reach the bottom. not sure if it's something to be concerned over or if it's normal, but it doesn't look right. if it's wrong, anything i can do to fix it?
2) am i using a false grip on the muscle ups? i keep looking at pics, but can never seem to figure if i am doing it right. also, why do i suck at them? lol

anything else you guys see, i'd love to know. this is my first time doing oh squats, and of course i'm brand new to mu's too.

I would switch the direction you are facing in the MU.

MU and support work on short straps is odd. It's just different because of how rings act on really short straps.

False grip looks fine you just aren't used to it.

OHS is an OHS. Just lacking in mobility. More OHS. I see that you are in vibrams. WL shoes would help, A LOT.

For the ohs,
Start by u locking your knees 1st and then bending the knees.

Show your armpits to the wall infront of you now you are pointing them to the floor.

Dont start from that high in the rack. Take it out of the rack like you would a back squat. Regrip to snatch and press, push press or push jerk it overhead.

thanks! i have a basketball court nearby that's never used so i can attach the rings to that.

and the back squat to push press makes sense.
