For the last few weeks I've been experimenting with fermented foods that are supposed to aid in digestion. I've been using kefir (fermented milk) and unpasteurized sauerkraut. Can't say I've noticed anything really but I'm not sure when the best time to eat such things would be. Before, with, or after regular meals? Any thoughts?

Have also heard that chlorella is good for enhancing the intestinal bacteria and digestion, so I might get some of that but similarily don't know when I would take it.
