Decided to create a log for a few weeks at least, since my motivation has been lacking lately and I have gotten a little out of shape compared to what I previously was in. I'm going to be doing a combination of crossfit, plus some other stuff.

Sunday 060924 30 Muscle-ups for time Post time to comments. If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips. Results: Did my first consecutive muscle ups. 2 in a row. My little break did me some good. Did seven muscle ups in all, then did 96 pullups and ring dips. Took 25 mins 33 secs. I don't like being out of shape :angry: |

Shoulder Press 95lbs 5x5 Back Squat 175lbsx20 Weighted Pullups 55lbs 4x5 1x4 Knees to Elbowsx20 Weighted Decline Situps (25lbs held behind head) 3x5 1x4 1x2 An ok workout. My weighted pullups have gone down, but they'll be back up in no time. Can't wait until tomorrow :kicking0: |

Warmed up, did some bench press then decided I would be better off resting like I originally planned. I'm going to keep it 2 on 1 off for a little bit. |

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats Subbed elevated feet ring pushups. 1st 10 mins: 11 rounds 2nd 10 mins: 8 rounds + 4 rounds of 20 sec on 10 off bike sprints Results: Subbed elevated feet ring pushups. Did 11 rounds in about 10 mins, then gym employee comes up to me and tells me it's a safety hazard to work out in sandals because of the dangers of falling weights :crutch00:. I think a 45lb plate falling on my sandled feet would feel the same if I had running shoes on. Luckily house is nearby, grabbed running shoes, headed back to the gym for 8 more rounds in 10 mins. Definently felt a difference in my condition. Fun workout. |
