Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

DL: 260
BP: 200
CL: 200
First WOD since redeployment. All done on bowflex. Need to get to gym or invest in oly weights. Rows subbed for cleans. No time.

Dist Time Pace
800 4:18 8:34 (7.0 mph)
800 4:02 8:00 (7.5)
400 1:53 7:30 (8.0)
400 1:46 7:03 (8.5)

All at 0.5% incline; Increase pace by 0.1-0.2 for each lap, next time.

All pullups were kipping; My weakest area is definitely the SU; will focus on during CFWU and at end
