Come and get 'em.

Who do we want for January? Twight's not available until March. Give me some names, but if you're gonna suggest a guest you better be one of the callers. Deal?

I'm sure I could think of a lot more, but that's just off the top of my head. Thanks for providing this awesome service.

Thanks for the names. I'll make some calls.

In addition to the fine list of names already mentioned, how about Mark Twight? Or Terry Laughlin?

Hey Dave,

I don't know if you've ever considered a CF open phones session. Topics correspond to the message board topics; ie. Tony in Pittsburgh has an exercise question. Lisa in Chicago has a nutrition problem. Pick an issue that's getting a lot of board discussion and dedicate 30 minutes to it on a show. Book a few callers in addition to the guests and have a few people ready to go and add to whatever the topic of the day is.

How about a prize for the person calling from the longest distance? Can we find an articulate Crossfit kid?

How about a show on CFitter success stories- ones who have lost the incredible amounts of weight or rehabbed a supposedly hopeless injury or found love while doing CF? (Romance in CF for a Valentine's Day thing perhaps.) I'd love to hear from some of the CF Bloggers out there. Some great pages with great stories.

Non-CA CF. An all affiliate show where heads of groups get 10 minutes to talk up their area and they can have a local member or two join in the conversation.

Here's one I REALLY want to see. CF for scaleables... How does CF work for the quite overweight, the elderly, any ladies who want to work during their pregnancies? Working around injuries... We know that it's not medical advice, but let's discuss.

I was a radio reporter/producer/editor for years, so I'm all for anything that will get Crossfit Live out there!

Jamila

People asking for Mr. Twight. . . read Dave's first post again.

(following Russ' lead)

John Hackleman
Grady Mac
Josh Everett

It would be cool to get a few of the more established affiliate heads together on one show. They could talk about their experiences getting their black boxes going. Lessons learned, pit falls to avoid, etc.

I think Dave Werner and/ or Nick Nibler's points on their Cf experience and successes would be interesting to hear about.
