Light Headache after wods recently

This is a very recent thing, and im guessing its not a big deal. I have started in the past week getting a mild headache that lasts maybe 40 minutes after a wod. It's not a huge deal, just wondering if i'm maybe lacking some vitamins or minerals. I generally am hydrated more than i need to be so i doubt its dehydration. Any thoughts?

Altough the headache has made me a bti queasy i have not yet puked

Re: Light Headache after wods recently

Could it be blood pressure related?

Re: Light Headache after wods recently

Control your breathing, most likely hyperventilating . Slow the rate down or take bigger breaths and fully exhale the breath
