ok so yesterday and today i felt decent for the first time in it seems like forever!
  • 10 knee ups
    10 dips
    25 knees to elbows
    5 155# ez curl close grip presses
    10 135# squats
    5 155# ez curl close grip presses
    3 225# squats butt to floor, kinda hurt lower back cuz slept on it wrong so i stopped this.
    6 155# close grip ez bar press
    3 drop sets of reverse tri extensions starting w 6 plates to failure
    3 sets preacher curls on machine nothing too serious 8 plates i think.
    finished! Dont want to make mistake of getting too heavy too fast. Ease into it huh?

yesterday was a chest day at home in basement with my daughter Dia.
  • 5 sets flat bench press 125,145, 165, 185, 205,6 reps ea
    incline press same weights 5 reps
    2 sets of 10 pullups
    1 set of 25# db jump squats
    finished still did not have the endurance for a long w/o.

been feeling great! workin hard and working out hard.
so very busy with new job havent been logging w/o s but still working..... will start back up when the dust settles. keep up hard work everybody..

I know you're working and busy and all that, but word is you are still planning on doing the Challenge. Lets see some posting here. We are training in the arena Friday morning, 9:00. You know you're welcome to come if you can get free.
