LOL - thanks guys. There are ALOT of things I'll need to work on. First being dropping some of the body mass of the fatty variety.

Haven't been able to make it into the gym since the wife has worked the past couple of nights. Heading in to do OH press tonight.

Crappy week for getting in the gym...

Thursday 3/22 gillingham dl week 3 and 5/3/1 oh press week 2 day 4

Axle clean and press 110x10,10 160x3 190x3 200x3 215x8 pr

Axle clean and push jerk 220x5 250x3 280x5

Deadlift axle 290x3 380x3 470x5 supposed to rack pull but got off by a week. Grip on axle was tough

Cut short due to an uncooperative 3 year old who decided it fun to run into the mens locker room twice and hide in the lockers...will hit some suspension strap and sandbag work for accessory tonight.

HA been there with the kids. I HAD to learn that with my son with me, the workout takes second. Once I figured that out I did'nt worry about times or 100% focus on any reps. I seill remember having a front rack about to jerk and Martin going arround and arrounf me on his tricycle. Had to wait a wile on the rep. But that is the price you pay wile training with my son. But I still got to train.
