Overall, more vegetables, less fruit, and where's the fat? When eating refined carbs like the crackers, try to get some unrefined carbs (read veggies) in there as well. Look for alternatives to the zone bar.

You have kept all your meals under 5 blocks, which is good, especially at such a high block count.

i didn't mention the fat. I'm adding nutbased oils to the eggs and also eating a couple olives and nuts at each meal.

your right i'm gonna have to increase the veggies. thanks
