Has anyone heard of "Metagenics", my karate instructor is suggesting some of us start using it. Any info would be appreciated.

Metagenics is nothing special. They sell the same, refined, synthetic supplements as all of the other companies. Don't let him tell you different. A rose with any other supplement label...

Anyone rate life extention supplements? V good quality, but expensive, i take their multivit(Only 3 per day, not the 9 they advise though) and a few others, though agree that whole foods are the way to go.
