GHD attachment

I'm searching for a GHD for my garage gym. I have a squat rack which works with a GHD attachment. these attachments are being sold at several companies here in souther cali. anyone have any reviews on these new ghd attachments such as its sturdyness, convenience or inconvenience, comfort, even durability, quality? I can get a good price on one. I'm not opposed to buying a conventional ghd like ones sold on rogue but if the ghd attachment offers same quality product I save half the price and room in my garage. any info is appreciated.

Re: GHD attachment

I think if you train in a traditional bodybuilding style then having a GHD that attaches off your rack is fine.

But, if you are going to do any type of WOD's, supersets or conditioning it might be a little impractical if you have to use both the squat rack and the GHD in the same WOD.

Re: GHD attachment

Are these available online? I want one, but can't find it for a reasonable price anywhere. Rogue keeps teasing me about them, but nothing seems to have been made available to the public yet.

Re: GHD attachment

Thanks for the replies. Yes Extreme training equipment is selling these units as single units and attachments to squat racks. Price is great but there are no reviews out there so I hesitate to buy. There has been one review stating knee pad is to high up but nothing else. Check it out see what you think of the set up.
