Paleo With Nut Allergy (I need a portable fat source)

Hey Folks,

I have tried searching for this but i could not find any results so here goes the post.

Ive been Paleo for a few months now and during that time I started developing shortness of breath and some tight chest pain while at rest. I found out that after a few visits to the cardio DR my heart is fine. So I eliminated nuts from my diet thinking that it could be a nut allergy and the chest pain went away. (Thank god)

The only thing is now I am lacking fat from my diet so I have began to quite literally DRINK shots of olive oil to just maintain some type of fat intake. I also eat avocados and fish oil daily, but i really need some type of a fat source that is portable to keep on me (before I was making paleokitesque bags and keeping them around for emergencies)

Any recommendations?

Boiled eggs, tinned sardines, coconut?, cold sausages, cold lamb chops, cold chicken pieces with skin.....

I have a deadly tree nut allergy but nut allergies don't transfer to seed allergies. I use sunflower, pumpkin, flax and seaseme seeds. Peanuts are a legume so fine for me but they aren't paleo.
