Good customized sub for today's WOD?
I got a shin splint and it's still in healing process so I don't want to run/jump, so I have to forget about Double unders and it's substitute.
I was thinking of doing:
1) Row 2250m (straight, as fast as possible)
2) Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 225
Basically I will just do the rowing and its substitute, but I'm scared it will be too much of the same movement and I will simply burnout. Any suggestion of a sub for Double Unders that does not involve heavy leg movements, running or jumping?
