2 Blocks for Snacks?

I know this is probably being too anal, but I started the Zone recently and need 18 Blocks. I have it split as 3 X One Block Snacks and 3 X Five Block Meals. I am thinking of switching my snacks to 2 Blocks and drop my meals to 4. IS this a big deal? Wouldn't it even things out for me a bit better?

That how my eating was done and I dropped 25 lbs and increased performance. I think you find that 5 blocks is a lot of food and it will be too hard to eat it all. 2 and 4 worked well for me.

I think if it works for you and means you're more likely to stick with it longer, then do it. Don't sweat the details.

I don't follow the suggested scheme either and have had success.

Re: 2 Blocks for Snacks?

I personally sit between 17 and 18 blocks and I like the 4 block main meal and 2 block snacks. Perfect amount to get me through the day.

I must admit though, I'm on the 3 x fat plan (51 total fat blocks a day) so I get all the calories I need.
