I've been doing crossfit style stuff at home for a while but want to make sure my technique is good as well as learn the o-lifts.
I paid a visit to Rainier Crossfit in Puyallup.
It went well. We worked on kipping pullups, deadlifts, and squats. My squat technique was better than I thought (kudos for Starting Strength, yet again). My deadlift needs work, primarily when lowering as I'm moving the bar out and around my knees. More butt back and less early knee-break. Of course, my kipping needs quite a bit of work.
