I hitched hiked out to banff a few weeks ago on a whim. Today, 3 1/2 weeks later im back home. Before leaving to banff i struggled to preform my first muscle up. On may way to banff i had yet to do one. On my second day in banff i went to the park with my rings (best purchass ever) and decided to give the muscle up a try. I thought for sure i would get stuck in the trasition like so many times before. well i did one. It felt so effortless i was convinced i cheated (my feet where close to the ground, i thought i pushed with them). I tried another and failed horribly. Two days later i went back and re preformed the muscle up. I did two. Not in a row but with some rest. 3 days ago, before leaving banff i did two in a row and a total of 10. muscle ups are fun! thanks crossfit!
