Question New schedule...I need some meal suggestions...

I recently started a new job and my eating situation has changed drastically. I recently started a job in outside sales and I rarely have access to a microwave. Does anyone have any suggestions for meals while I am out on the road all day. Breakfast and dinner are not a problem just lunch. Thanks in advance.

Stew or hearty soup or whatever will fit in a thermos.
