Re: Sand Bags

Most use their bags for conditioning stuff, I use mine for strength work - cleans and presses, bench pressing, throwing, squatting, etc. All links are worksafe.

Bearhug Squats - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tOW65...e=channel_page

Clean and Pressing - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3c7oa...e=channel_page

Bench Press - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vvdQW...e=channel_page

Etc, etc.

I like the 2 bag, pour directly into the bag method - works best for me. That 300lb bag is a 30x50 toploader and has room for plenty more if you're real beast.

Dude, I love your videos on youtube! It's cool to see you posting here.

This thread made me break out my sandbag again. Been too long since I have used it. I just kept it simple and did 5x5 clean and press with a 102 pound bag tonight.

Tomorrow I think it's going to be a sandbag, KB, body weight kinda thing.

I am going to try the 2 bag method. I really like that idea.
