Re: press check

Overall, looks strong.

There is a lot of swaying which makes me wonder if you are tightening your core, externally rotating your legs (for a solid base).

Re: press check

Similar thoughts as Joey, and with it came some over extension of the lower back. Try to keep the lower back and upper back in place. For me it helps to tense the glutes, lock my feet in the floor and make sure I'm keeping my rib cage steady.

Re: press check

Looks good. In addition to the comments above, try squeezing your lats on the way down and through the transition into the next rep.
If you don't push yourself, who will?

Re: press check

Its hard to see from the angle but try and get your elbows slightly in front of the bar. That way it'll be damn hard for you to sweep around your head. Instead you'll press it straight up, and make sure you tighten DOWN. on your core. Squeezing your abs is different from tightening down on your core. Think of taking a deep breath in your chest and pushing it down into your diaphram. If you're doing reps the breath will not be as deep and won't be held the same. but it will help keep your back from overextending
