8:29 Helen!

Did Helen today and got in at 8:29 after only a few weeks back at Crossfit...wondering how that compares to others.

Good time, I've heard anything under 10:00 is pretty solid. I think the CrossFit Seattle Level 4 standard calls for a sub 11:00 to meet the "intermediate" standard, so by that alone 8:30 is pretty darn good. FWIW, I believe the world class time for Helen is around 7:00.

Yeah i think Speal does it in like 6 something, which seems insane when you think about it.

My Helen PR was 659 back when I was training with Dave Werner at Level 4 in Seattle.

There are some brutal times out there though. It is great to break 10. A huge feat.
