I never realized I had such big lat muscles until doing Fran. Since then, I have had these two huge sore lumps on either side of my back the last two days. 21-15-9 pullups will do that to you I guess.

Is that you in your pic? Just wondering cause I'm an avid ww kayaker in the NE. (If so) What sort of wod modification do you do in season?
