I seem to rememeber not too long ago a 10K and a 5K being posted as WODs back to back. I searched the last 3 months and didn't find it. Am I crazy or did it really happen?:whip0000:

PS: Obviously I didn't do those two particular WODs as I certainly would have remembered them!

I've got everything in a spreadsheet back to Aug-05 and the closest I have is a series of 5k/rest day/Linda/5k Oct 19-22, 2005; and another 10k/Linda/5k Apr 11-13, 2006.

Looking through my results I did pretty well on those, pr'd the 10k. I also have a note @ the Apr 13 5k, "What kind of sick freak does Linda between a 10k and a 5k?"

I guess it was the one in April that I must have been thinking about.
I know what you mean about having a PR..if I'm in the midst of a lot of running, times go down. Last night's 5K wasn't my best because we were'nt really doing a lot of running before it. I know it might seem obvious that times go down when you run more, but I mean I'm surprised that I'm sometimes not too tired or beat up after a long run, and that some of my fastest times on shorter distances come that day after a long run.
