Thumbs up North Carolina Trigger Point-Myofascial Release Certification & Workshop

Hi all!

CrossFit Cape Fear will be hosting a Trigger Point - Myofascial Release workshop and certification on May 9th & 10th 2009 here in Fayetteville North Carolina!

This will not be one to miss! Carl from CrossFit Endurance highly recommended this instructor as he is a fellow CrossFitter and specializes with working with us...

Not only are we getting the workshop for a great price, but it also includes the tools for it!!! Trainers - sign up for the coaches workshop!!! Athletes - do either one, once you've experienced it, you'll spread the word like you do CrossFit!!!

Could you a specify a bit what will be done on the second day for the coaches/trainers?

Am I correct that on both days there will be hands on learning?

Try this out. Go to our site linked below and then click on the blog.

I'll fix the original posting ASAP... THANKS!

CrossFit Cape Fear (WFS)

To answer your question though, the first day is teaching the participants how to do the movements correctly on themselves, while the second day teaches how to teach the movements to your folks.

There are fewer movements to learn with the cert, but you need to know more about each movement.
