I don't know if you got my PM but I saw that you were doing the Pose running with rubber bands. I was wondering how that was working for you? I don't have the DVD as of yet but I saw that exercise on their site and was wondering about it.

Hi Michael,

I just started POSE running this past week, so I may not be the best qualified to answer your question. So far I haven't managed to trip over myself while using the bands (although I've come close) but I do have incredibly sore calves. I have had no knee or hip pain, but I'm only running 400 meters or less at a stretch. I sure don't want to run any further with my arms overhead anyway!

I would recommend you wear socks under ankle strap or it will rub your skin raw.
