You got it done then mate, those 75kg thrusters would take me an age, I'd be doing them in single clusters I think!

Snatched in the back room with the white wall 5ft in front of me. Acted like a sight screen does in cricket. Not sure it would be so easy in an open packed gym.

And yes, I think as the bar passes close to my head I have been shutting my eyes during the last pull of the snatch. Was catching a lot better once I made sure I kept my eyes open.

Actually expected more today, only 4 second pb. 18 unbroken squat cleans first round, ring dips were actually not great.


12 minute EMOM:

Snatch - 65/65/65/70/70/70/75/75/75/70/70/70

In all 3 misses but I got them on the second attempt within the minute each time. Best I have done on that one.

Muscle ups practice - 15 mins trying to catch higher on rings.

First run (5 laps) 6.45, row 7.20, which means last run 7 minutes dead.. felt like i went faster on the last run too. Maybe with transitions I did.

25 Unbroken Wall Balls
rest 2 mins - 70k squat cleans, 10.00

Strict HSPU - 10 x 5 reps
