That was horrible, although I was still only at about 60%.

Started with 80k but was too heavy. Went to 70k then back up to 90k for the last 5 mins.

2 Bar Muscle ups
3 C2B
4 Pull ups
5 TTB

Quite easy just lost rhythm a bit changing from Bar muscle ups to c2b.

handwalking practice - 3/4 length of the gym about 3 times. This really clicked today. Come July will be ready to maybe beat one of the 20 at it

For time:

90 Double Unders
30 Power Cleans 60k
90 Double Unders
30 Front Squats 60k
90 Double Unders - 9.12

Build a mock GHD machine - 70 reps

Upright Rows (so I can muscle SDHP easy) - 50k x 10 x 2

Dumbell Press - 30k each x 15 x 3 sets
