You do a toes to bar then bring your legs down and do a pull up, basically alternating a toes to bar then a pull up, it is possible to get a rhythm but I done it more strict. One of each counted as one rep.

Nice mate, I got 85kg on the snatch too. Didn't attempt 87.5 though. Those 30lb wall balls are good, reckon they'd weed a few out, did 20 unbroken without too much trouble before class.

Were trying to get our money back I think, girls were sick the whole week with some kind of food poisoning, me slightly.

I'm seeing a physio Tuesday, getting it dealt with properly, probably good thing Nik, road to the games 2015, sensible training and its mine
