Voodoo Floss Bands while grappling?

Anyone know if this will work? I usually wear CWX, Spun or Skins while rolling and a lot of the time I also wear a compression knee sleeve but the sleeve keeps sliding off and it's getting hot wearing all of that.

I just saw this at Rogue and thought that maybe they'd work. I imagine I'd have to put some athletic tape on them to make sure it didn't come undone.

thanks in advance,

I am pretty sure the floss bands are only meant for temporary compression. All of the videos have you remove it after just a few minutes.

You are supposed to put some decent compression on these when you wrap them so I would imagine things getting pretty tingly after 5-10 minutes.

^^^this. If you've ever used them, you really want to take them off after just about a minute or so. Like James said, they're designed for short periods of pretty intense pressure. I wouldn't want to wear them for any longer than that.

But they are great when you need to use them.
